I am so disappointed in Scott Kelly and Palm Cheney! I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment for oil change and tire sensor, made my appointment for the following Monday at 10 am. At 2:30 I st I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment for oil change and tire sensor, made my appointment for the following Monday at 10 am. At 2:30 I still didn’t have my car back? 4 1/2 hours? AND they didn’t call or text me I had to go ask if my car was done! There is absolutely no respect for working individuals. To boot, they didn’t have the tire sensor in stock , made no attempt to get me in to get it done. I pay good money for full service, I will NEVER do business with palm Chevy again. They still do not have the correct contact info for my file, they continue to use my husbands number and email. I totally give up with the lack of professionalism and the disrespect that I have received since buying my Chevy Traverse high country By the way my tire sensor still has an error message🤷🏻♂️ More

I want to say that I appreciate the Chevrolet dealer. I appreciate Lindsay. And Scott, who had helped me a great deal with my old car. I was in a big bind, not able to have a car not sure if I was able t I appreciate Lindsay. And Scott, who had helped me a great deal with my old car. I was in a big bind, not able to have a car not sure if I was able to afford another car, but they worked with me and they helped me tremendously and I really do appreciate that from the bottom of my heart. This dealership tried to scam me into trading my vehicle for a lower amount then it was worth by grossly exaggerating the cost of the repair for my vehicle in order to tempt me into trading it in for a new for a lower amount then it was worth by grossly exaggerating the cost of the repair for my vehicle in order to tempt me into trading it in for a new vehicle on their lot!
