Used civic, sold to me with missing lug nuts and broken motor mount, this was after being "certified " by the service department. Had to pay my mechanic to find issues including the missing lug nuts. Took the car in for promised service, during which there was absolutely no communication with their app they want you to use to communicate with them, yet nobody responded for 3 hours trying to get an answer about my vehicle.
