Stops and Starts I brought my Kia Optima in to have the door handle fixed. The part needed to be painted so needed to come back as that was not communicated. Scott h I brought my Kia Optima in to have the door handle fixed. The part needed to be painted so needed to come back as that was not communicated. Scott handled it great. On the date of my next appointment power went out at Dealership so we needed to reschedule. On the third try we were able to get everything fixed and Scott discounted the service due to the various reschedules. Scott was fantastic to work with and handled everything professionally. Greatly appreciated. More
