I have had the WORST luck with my Audi — if not for Scott and Chad in the Service Dept, I would have sold my car a long time ago. They are arguably the only reason I still have my E-Tron. From the time I stepped onto the Audi Gilbert lot to buy my Q5 until this moment, I have been happily surprised by the care and great service I have received! I had my car towed into Audi service for a punc my Q5 until this moment, I have been happily surprised by the care and great service I have received! I had my car towed into Audi service for a punctured tire. I did not have an appointment. Scott in service got my car taken care of that very day, He needed to keep my car for a few hours so he arranged a ride for me to get me to work. After work he arranged for a ride to bring me back to the dealership. When I arrived, my car was repaired and washed! When I called mid-day to ask a question, Scott was not available, but another service agent happily assisted me. A representative from Audi even called me the next day to ensure I was completely satisfied. Prices are reasonable and the staff are great! More

After initial miscommunication on both sides, Chad reached out and invited me to come in and bring my car for scheduled service. Kevin, Chad and team provided five star service to me. I was provided with a loan vehicle while they determined what was wrong with my car specifically the check engine light.
