Such a Great care was taken in showing the vehicles and was never forced us. I live in Wheeling so we went through at least 4 nissan dealers near to my house, even though M'Lady dealership is 25 miles away from my house. They gave us great price and great customer service, This is the reason why we end up buying from M'Lady. I would like to mention be aware of false advertisement online from other dealers, We went to few dealers with the online price and they said we are not qualified for that online price. Such a waste of our time with other dealers. But great thing with M'Lady they agreed with us online offer. Everyone there was very nice and answered all our questions . And also special thanks to Bryan Finance director, who helped us financing and sealed the deal without any trouble , overall great attitude. Overall, very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend and No other nissan dealers can beat M'Lady nissan price. They do business in a honest way not like other nissan dealers. Vehicles this nice with extremely low miles are truly a rare find, and we couldn't be happier that our search led us here. It also was the exact color, model, and equipped with all the options we were looking for--Cayenne Red Metallic exterior, Black Leather interior, V6, AWD, Navigation, and Panoramic Moonroof. It is very sharp to say the least. Upon first entering M'Lady we immediately noticed that they were certainly in the Halloween spirit. Their showroom floor was full of fun, festive decorations, the staff were dressed in cool costumes, and they even had delicious pizzas for everyone to enjoy. The entire sales, customer care, and finance team that we worked with were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We look forward to enjoying our Murano SUV, and new relationship with M'Lady. Tuesday mid morning my husband received a call with number within our budget and we went in Monday evening to purchase. The entire team was welcoming, friendly and to the point. This was by far the best car buying experience that I have had. The first in which I wasn’t stressed, overwhelmed, or anxious. In fact, I enjoyed m&ms and played basketball with my son as we waited. We left incredibly happy with our purchase and our experience. I can say with confidence that we will be back to buy again and that we will recommend M’Lady to all of our friends and family. Shane, Hugo, Scott, and the finance team(I cant find his card) we thank you for such a pleasurable experience and for working hard to keep us in our budget. Doesn't get any easier! Just got back from M'Lady Nissan dealership in Crystal Lake, Illinois with my new Rogue Sport! My husband and I went there this morning to look at their inventory and were greeted by Scott M'Lady. No pushy sales. Just showed us what we asked for and answered all of our questions. Scott explained that Nissan did not make the car that I wanted in the color I wanted, but showed me a great second choice. I explained that I had another car that I wanted to shop before making any decision. Again, no pressure. My husband and I returned to Nissan an hour later, went for a test drive, and decided to buy from Nissan. We dealt with the manager, the customer service manager, and the finance director. All three could not have been nicer, making sure to answer any questions we had. I ended up with a beautiful new car at a great price. This is my second Nissan and looking forward to a safe comfortable drive. More

I walked in without an appointment and he assisted asap. Jim M'Lady was having a taco day so there was a vendor there that was making fresh tacos. It was awesome! Bought a car and had 3 delicious fresh tacos for lunch! Eddie helped me make sure that I got the right deal for my needs. He went over everything in detail. He even brought over the GM (Mir) to assist. I took a test drive and decided I wanted this car. 2 hours later I was out the door in my new car, filled with a full tank of gas and cleaned. I even get free oil changes at Jim M'Lady for the Altima! Free car washes also. Eddie brought me water, had lunch with me and we went for a ride. Overall great experience. The finance portion went quickly. I would go back and recommend this dealership to all! 10 Stars to Jim M'Lady and its crew. Thank you Eddie and Mir!! More
