Well they didn't have the part I needed and was already diagnosed yet they charged me $150 for a diagnostic and over $300 for a small hose that wasn't the stock part just a random hose they said would take More

Hi Hershal, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience at Ken Ganley Ford. We looked up your account and your records show that we diagnosed the vehicle on Friday for Free. And then the customer (you) declined fixing the vehicle on Friday. Then we see that you made an online appointment over the holiday weekend for Monday. We charged you for one hour diagnostic and 1 hour repair, plus the hose was $7.57. You should have received an itemized invoice that lists out the individual charges. Unfortunately the hose part number is not a covered component under Ford Power Train Warranty. Ganley Ford does not determine what is covered and what's not covered under warranties, that is Ford Corporate.
