Great experience compared to last time. Very EASY to work with. Service tech was great! I felt like he really listened. Work took quite a bit longer than they said it would. Communication could have been better. A quick phone call with an update is always nice. I took my Escape in to have the rear hatch serviced. I had a 9:30 appointment but the car was not taken until just before lunch. Want to rescind my earlier review of your dealership as I found out from a former Ford service manager that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my left lower ball joint as I was told from you people that found out from a former Ford service manager that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my left lower ball joint as I was told from you people that it was bad and needed replaced. Also was not lubed and not sure if tires were rotated. No longer will do business with you folks. It is true what they say about dealerships. w More
