My mom spotted Kelly Nissan and ask if I would like to go into that dealership. I said yea we can go take a look around. My brother drove into the dealership and was met by Scott Tophoney. He asked what we were looking to and I told we a used SUV. We got out of the car and he showed a couple of Nissan Rouge and some other vehicles that they had on the lot. I settled with the 2006 Rav4 that was on the lot. Scott really took his time with us, told us about the vehicle, price, test drive, everything. He really stayed with us throughout the entire visit and we ended up leaving with vehicle, which was all due to Scott's help and dedication to making us a satisfied customer. Great Experience! I did not have any hope buying a car when I entered Kelly Nissan. I had been to two other dealerships with no luck at all. We just drove around and di I did not have any hope buying a car when I entered Kelly Nissan. I had been to two other dealerships with no luck at all. We just drove around and did not even get out of the truck. Scott Tophoney approached us and answered our questions. He showed us two vehicles in my sons price range and my son fell in love with one of them. My son test drove a Hyundai and that was it! We decided right then and there if Scott can come back with the right price with no back and forth he had a deal. We made a deal the first time!!! I could not do that with the other two dealerships. Scott was very pleasant and accommodating. We had to wait to sign the contract but Scott stayed with us and kept us company. I will recommend Kelly Nissan to my friends and family. I plan to return to see Scott for myself when I am ready too. More
