Walking into Kelly Nissan and working with Scott Tophoney was such an enjoyable experience. Scott was friendly and very personable. He was upfront and was not forceful or pushy with my car buying. Scott was kind enough to introduce me to Mike Disora and Michael Salvati who also helped with financing my purchase. He knew what I was willing to pay for a used vehicle. He went above and beyond when he helped settle my lease with another car company. Many thanks and gratitude for all the help from this dynamic team. I now know where I plan on purchasing any future vehicles and where to send my family and friends!! More

We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to the car that we saw online. Once at the car Scott gave us time to really look it over and answered all our questions in a straight forward way. Since this car was not put through the garage yet and we were interest Scott gave us a discount without us even asking. The financing and Scott's boss all made the process easy and somewhat fast. We had no intention of buying a car that day, but because the car was in such great shape and the people were so straight forward we could not turn down a great deal. On top of that Kelly Nissan gave us the option of a warranty that we most likely would not have got anywhere else. This was one of the easiest and most satisfying car purchases my wife and I have ever had. More

Best experience buying a car I've ever had. I went in looking for an AWD vehicle under $10,000. Scott was waiting outside with a list of all the preowned cars on the lot. Told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford and he showed me exactly what I wanted. I got a great deal ($1,200 under KKB Fair Market price!!) on a better car than I thought I could get with my budget. Very upfront with everything. Didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything. A very laid back experience but still very professional. East time I've ever had buying a car. I would absolutely recommend Kelly Nissan and Scott Tophoney to anyone looking for a preowned car. Mike Salavati, the finance guy, was non-pushy on anything either. He new my budget was tight and didn't offer anything that would up my payment of any significance. Again didn't try to force and extras like bogus seat protection and glass etching security garbage. Best experience buying a car I've ever had!!! More

Manager Mike Disora introduced himself and made himself available should any need for his involvement arise during the process (no need ever arose).
