Scott made the appointment on his day off because it was convenient me and when my ride cancelled on me he left PA came and got in in NJ on his own time and at no charge(unbelievable right). When it came time to look at car and make a choice I felt I was talking to my best friend whom I have known my whole. He was so genuine, he ask question like- what color cars do you love? the whole process was about me- what I wanted and best of all there was no pressure. When I finally decided on a car Scott and Mark worked hard to get me the best rate and the best price. A year prior to visiting Scott at Kelly Nissan, I had purchased a car from another dealership. I did not like the car nor was I happy with the finance rate I had received. Even though my credit is not purchased a car from another dealership. I did not like the car nor was I happy with the finance rate I had received. Even though my credit is not great, Scott was able to get me out of my old loan and approved for a new Nissan Rogue. Not only that but he was able to cut my interest rate by 10.5%!!
