Good day of sale, bad ending Mike Disora, General Manager, The day of sale was pleasant and quick! We were headed up to the Poconos for the night and then first thing next am, to Finger Lakes, NY. We decided to use the Traverse for the trip instead of leaving it parked for the weekend. Sunday am, the check engine light came on and stayed on the whole way back to Phila. The salesman, had directive from the General Manager, Mike Disora on what to say. I was not happy. They want me to bring it back, gas and tolls at my expense. I am a 1 1/2 hrs away, and I can not make it to them by 5pm on any day of the week anyway. My gut tells me it is an easy fix, but they won't allow me to take it to my mechanic and get reimbursed if there is any expense. I tried 3x today to get the general manager on the phone, I believe he avoided me at all cost. I had it scanned today, and it is a p0442 code which should be a simple fix. There are hoping the light just goes off, and I feel they are blowing me off. I do not believe for 1 second the general manager did not have time for me today, not even 5 minutes. As good as the experience was in the beginning, if you have a problem, they will turn that experience right around More
