My name is Scott Tophoney, and I’ve been in the automobile business for over 16 years, the past six years at Kelly Risk free. Working for the Kellys has made the past six years very enjoyable. I’ve developed a method of selling here that truly benefits the customer. I’ve never worked in a dealership that gives customers a 3-day option on keeping the vehicle or returning it if you’re not completely satisfied. I’ve lived in the Lehigh Valley all my life, and am a proud graduate of Phillipsburg High School. No Hassle Experience!!!! After a long day of car shopping, we ended up at Kelly Nissan. We had just walked away from another dealership where they wouldn't budge on the price After a long day of car shopping, we ended up at Kelly Nissan. We had just walked away from another dealership where they wouldn't budge on the price of a car that we had proven to them was overpriced. Upon arriving at Kelly, we were greeted by Scott, one of the salesman. We took our test drive and loved the car. Scott explained everything to us and we didn't even have to ask questions because his explanations were detailed and easily understood. We didn't have to haggle at all over the price because the car was a fair price to start with. Mike, the finance manager even worked to get us a lower interest rate than what we were preapproved for. The store manager even came over and introduced himself to us and offered us refreshments. We will be back to buy another care from Kelly NIssan-there is no doubt about that. We ended up with a better warranty, gap insurance, and free car washes-a deal that was far above any other we had seen that day. More
