By far the best dealership experience I’ve had! First, Scott Wendling was my point person. He was personable in communicating with me and patient with me while I decided how I wanted to go forward with my purchase (my process was 9 hours). His team was just as amazing, providing all the details needed in order for me to make an educated decision. Following up after a month to get my car checked, Scott and his team (Armando and Justin) remembered my name and provided the same exceptional service. There’s a reason I drive three hours to get to this dealership. It’s apparent that they value the customer experience, teamwork and making sure the customer leave not just with a good deal but happy. Recently visited this Dealership looking for a used car and spole with Scott. He spent a great deal of time discussing my questions/ concerns. Took one test drive in a car I was interested in then a secon and spole with Scott. He spent a great deal of time discussing my questions/ concerns.
