Came from Ga to purchase a vehicle. My salesman Austin Guzman was phenomenal. A true professional. I loved working with this guy. Once I had the vehicle picked out, that's where the issues started. I must say it was very stressful. After spending half the moring and half the afternoon we finally closed the deal. After discussing this with several managers, It was really frustrating. After all of that they finally made it right and we bought our new Lexus LS 500. I want to stress that the only reason I came back after I had left the dealership was because of Austin Guzman. He made such a good impression and was so kind I felt I would be doing him a disservice if I didn't buy from him. Thanks again to my new friend Austin Guzman. More

What atood out was the professionalism and friendliness of everyone we met. We also appreciated that Kevin was NOT high pressure. Christopher and Shaun were great to work with. Even though we far apart at first, we ended up making the deal. I wish I could have paid less, but the outcome was I got a good car for what I wante Even though we far apart at first, we ended up making the deal. I wish I could have paid less, but the outcome was I got a good car for what I wanted, we had great dialogue, and left as friends. However, upper management insisting on some newer applications on a 10-year old car is not very practical and is very expensive for an older vehicle. As I told them, it's like putting lipstick on a pig. I understand your need for profit, but that is an outrageous way to push costs on customers. If you were buying a 10 year old car with 96,000 miles, would you be wanting to have paint-seal put over paint that has been exposed to 10 years of sun, rain, etc.? Overall, I really like the car, but your dealership is pushing the limits on us older veterans, guess you learned it from the Government. Terry Kehoe More
