This has been the best experience that I have ever encountered with car shopping for a vehicle. I called ahead of time and spoke with Sam Nelson on the phone, upon speaking with Sam on the phone I expressed that I had a very long day and was tired and had already spent many hours over the course of the passed two days at another dealership with my Fiancé' and didn't feel like spending multiple hours again, Sam reassure me that once I get there that the process would be quick and easy and he definitely followed through as I was immediately greeted upon arrival by sales rep David Campbell who was absolutely pleasant and professional. David immediately took me to the Acura RDX SUV and showed me around and all of the functions and before I knew it we took a test drive and I was back in no time, Sam came out and greeted me and started the process very quickly and I was in no time traded out of my 2019 Honda Accord Sport and into a Brand new 2021 Acura RDX. I was completely satisfied with my purchased and have been promoting Acura Pembroke Pines to everyone. I can't wait to go back and get back into another brand new lease with them I would travel across the world just to get the experience that I received from Acura of Pembroke Pines. More
