I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. Our team is just that and always working to get better together every day. Thank you in advance for taking the time to provide your feedback.

When I called Klaben service, Sean Bradford asked me to bring the car in so they could ensure that there was no defect or damage to the latches that lock this cover into place. He then ordered a new door lock cover and kept me updated on delivery and painting to match my vehicle color. When the part was ready, Sean offered to mail the cover to me so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip to the dealership. Since I volunteered to come in, he had one of his teammates run my car through their car wash as a courtesy. The staff at Klaben understand quality customer service and deliver! More
