Tucker, Sean, Tom were amazing. Steve the shop foreman is right there with them. I have gone to other Ford dealer repair shops in Akron and not felt I was being dealt with honestly. Klaben Ford Service is the only place I will use for service from now on. More

I called Klaben Ford to schedule an appointment for a works package. I spoke with Christine, who set me up with a convenient appointment at my home.
