Working with David Duffin to purchase this Miata was awesome. I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to decisions like this, and I spent several hours deciding between color/XPEL/if I even wanted to buy awesome. I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to decisions like this, and I spent several hours deciding between color/XPEL/if I even wanted to buy new. David didn’t apply any stressful pressure and my decision was ultimately made with a couple nudges from Sean (also excellent to work with) and a non-customer who came to joyride the platinum MX5. I ended up with the blue showroom car with XPEL. They immediately closed up and locked up the car, ensured that no one besides them and the Automotive Elegance XPEL installer coming to make a couple small corrections would touch it. I picked the car up 2 days later with those minor XPEL corrections made and the same 3 miles on the odometer, and I was able to drive it to the town hall myself. I’m really really pleased with how Sean and David handled this and I can say with certainty that David is the best sales consultant I’ve worked with. He even gave me a ride back to the dealership to pick up my truck after delivery. I think he’s a great asset to 495 especially with his ability to read people and his very easygoing, honest, and understanding approach to guidance through the process. More
