A few months later, the warranty company denied over $10,000 in needed repairs when I took the truck to a Ford dealer. Frustrated, I called Leesburg, and they told me to bring it to them. The General Manager JC, Ronald Delgado, and the service team stepped in, negotiated with the warranty company, and got about $12,000 in repairs covered.
