It started as a good experience but once the vehicle was purchased it was all down hill from there. I needed help with my vehicle registration and magically all phone calls go unanswered. Personnel have been very courteous and helpful when needed. Only problem was difficulty getting car serviced in a timely manner, even if I had appointment scheduled. Was offered ride back home to wait for servicing rather than wait for car to be serviced because service time would be longer than expected, as they were not able to begin service at the time scheduled, Found that very inconvenient and waste of time, as I would rather have waited for car to be serviced in a timely manner than having to waste a day waiting for the service to be completed--I DID have a morning service appointment scheduled BOTH times!! Autos should be serviced BEGINNING AT THE SCHEDULED TIME rather than hours later! More

I will purchase all my future cars here they have a well stocked use car selection if you are interested in other vehicles other than gmc/buick. Sean is the best when it comes to a sales experience.
