I bought 2 buick automobiles here and the people here are the best. Customer service is great from test driving right down to getting a fair price when you walk out the door. I will purchase all my future cars here they have a well stocked use car selection if you are interested in other vehicles other than gmc/buick. Sean is the best when it comes to a sales experience. Theresa is great in the finance department. Working with them has been an awesome experience. We will be back in 5 years to get a new buick.

While the people were nice and felt genuine, the dealership itself needs work. Their music is entirely too loud and obnoxious with old speakers, and there were light fixtures that flickered on and off constantly. Please lower the music and choose something more soothing, and fix your lighting. I was in sensory overload by the end of the purchase, and my husband had to facilitate the rest of the paperwork. Also, I’ve received several of these emails asking for a review, and I did not want to do it and yet continued to receive them. Catch the hint when they don’t reply the first couple times, don’t bombard people’s email with a stupid review.

The car was given to me on 1/4 of a tank which in my entire experience of buying cars (over 30 years) I've never experienced as the dealership fees normally include a detail of the car and a full tank of gas. Overall, the experience started off good and dwindled downhill from there.
