The paperwork was done without our visiting the show room. When the car arrived Shan got the car ready for delivery and got the paperwork ready. The financing was done over the phone. I purchased all three from Tucson Subaru and the last two (2018 and 2020) from Sean Johnson. I got such warm, friendly, responsive help from Sean. Super chill and no pressure. Highly recommended. Of course I price/comparison shopped everywhere just because that's proper diligence. Tucson Subaru was always competitive and not only did I get the best deal, I just 'liked' working with them.
