I did most of the due diligence and pricing online, and internet sales manager Sean Johnson was careful to answer all of my questions thoroughly, provided a video walk-around of the car, etc. After traveling to the dealership, Sean continued to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and went above and beyond normal customer expectations in some respects. Traci Roberts in the finance office was very thorough in explaining options for financing and warranties, and how out-of-state registration would work. I also wish I had caught the name of the detailer who polished my wheels until they looked like new, just before I drove away...he did a fantastic job. Where there were unexpected glitches in the process, the dealership resolved them quickly in my favor, for instance installing a new battery at their expense when the condition of the existing battery became questionable. I love the car, and can confidently recommend this dealership. More
