Very Happy I was quite unsettled at thought of new car after 14 years with my beloved 04 Forrester XT and at my current age of 75. Everyone I dealt with but especially both Sean Johnson (my sales manager) and Jennifer Duran (Business Coordinator) were a delight to work with. PLUS both have assured me they are available to assist as needed …. along with other support staff. Great car for a great price I picked out the features and specific car/packages I was interested in over the internet. I was trying to decide between an Outback and Forester. S I picked out the features and specific car/packages I was interested in over the internet. I was trying to decide between an Outback and Forester. Sean (internet sales) e-mailed me right away with the pricing and details for the two cars I was interested in. He answered all of my questions and then we scheduled an appointment for a test drive of both vehicles. I eventually chose the Forester. There was no pressure, just a pleasant experience. I especially liked being able to compare the details, features and prices of real cars on the lot even before coming to the dealership. It made the process so much easier. The special pricing during this August sale and 0% financing made it hard to say "No". So I didn't! AND they give me a fair price for my trade. I love my new Subaru! More
