I was born and raised here in Tucson. I graduated from Eller college at the University of Arizona in 2010 and started selling cars shortly after. I enjoy meeting new people here at the dealership as well as getting to be one of the 1st to see and test the new vehicles and features as soon as they come out. My wife, Stephanie, and I have 2 young sons and a cute dog little dog who is super sweet with the boys. We love watching and going to UofA games and playing/watching sports together.

Always blown away! I am always amazed by how this dealership is ran. From the minute I step out of my car for service these guys go above and beyond with their customer I am always amazed by how this dealership is ran. From the minute I step out of my car for service these guys go above and beyond with their customer service! Today was my first service appointment with Chris...super nice, very welcoming & informative with my questions. Walking around the dealership waiting, every employee smiles and inquire to wether or not any assistance was needed. I had a great conversation with Traci who does finance about my Crosstrek and decided I should look at newer and/or different models. I spoke with Terry who discussed options (VERY IMFORMATIVE) he set me up with Sean and he took me for a test drive in the Outback and gave me all the differences between the cars. These guys know everything about anything that is Subaru...this is why I come back and continue to spread the word. I have a feeling my next review will be about the purchase of a new Outback :) Thank you very much to Chris Fisher, Traci Roberts, Terry Iseminger & Sean Johnson!!! More

I am simply a very happy customer whose experience was so good, the best way to reciprocate was to post a review of thanks and kudos. Sean Johnson (Sales) and Trent Nichols (Internet Fleet Manager) both worked with me since I arrived on an extremely busy day. Otherwise I would have started and finished with Trent. He is very 'in-demand' and I can see why! Their partnership and handoff to assist me without making me wait was seamless and easy. They clearly were focused on providing the best customer experience possible. They were patient with my questions and any reticence when I had any concerns. Everything shared with me about numbers, features, my trade-in was totally transparent and straight forward. My deal 'start-to-finish' for a 2018 Outback was one of the easiest car deals I've ever been part of. You will not get cliche/old school car sales run arounds here. We've all experienced that and typically show up at a dealer in our armor, ready to do battle. That is not the case at Tucson Subaru. This is a first class, zero pressure dealership and not once was there any 'bait-and-switch' tactic. No surprise add ons, no mysterious number shuffling at the last minute. I am 60 years old and have done a lot of cars over the years. I cannot recommend Tucson Subaru more highly and I will gladly send friends or family to Trent or Sean anytime. This is the second car purchase I've made at at Tucson Subaru with my first being in 2015. My former sales rep from Tucson Subaru (Kevin) moved out of state hence working with Trent and Sean this time around. The experience was one of respect, kindness and transparency and clearly that is how they do business here. To be fully transparent, I researched elsewhere and I got some of the more familiar run around with everyone else. But that never happened at Tucson Subaru. I looked at a 2017 Honda CRV EX-L and it was simply outclassed by the 2018 Outback Limited. In closing, I love the new 2018 Outback Limited and feel I got a great deal, in my budget. I felt they went out of their way at the last minute to work some magic for me to make sure I was happy. I don't normally spend this much time writing a review after a purchase. It just seemed like the right thing to do. If you have any reservations, hesitations or fears of having to put your defenses up for old school car sales shuck-and-jive, you will NOT experience any of that at Tucson Subaru. All my former maintenance & service was done here. Even though they are across town, it has always been worth the drive. I cannot recommend the service department more highly as well. They have a free shuttle service to-and-from your home (or office) if you need to drop off your vehicle for service. The showroom/customer waiting area is super clean with lots of seating, free Wi-fi while you wait, Fresh cookies and "good" coffee too. Thanks Sean Johnson and Trent Nichols. More

We had read Consumer Report Reviews on the Outlback since last year and we were impressed with the review of the Eyesight technology. We also had a budget in mind (less than $40,000). The test drive the Ford Escape and the Edge and the Hyundai Tucson and the Santa Fe, but compared to the Outback they either felt short or were over our budget. The Outback is and amazing car below $40,000 with AWD and Eyesight and Navigation. Our experience with Sean Johnson has being delightful: Courteous, knowledgeable with relax attitude and great communication skills. He is totally the opposite to the pushy, fake car salesman. We already have an appointment tomorrow to go over some features. More

I had been looking to purchase a new vehicle for a couple weeks and gone to several dealerships, some sales agents were very aggressive while others condescending because I'm young and maybe didn't see me as a potential buyer and didn't want to waste their time with me. Subaru was completely different, Sean Johnson was very helpful and professional. He even offered to email me a price sheet so I could look over different payment options without trying to get me inside to his office like the other dealerships. He let me look at the car without hovering over me and gave me straight answers. I'm very happy with my new car and my whole experience overall. More
