Nicole and Sean assisted me in used car trade-in and purchase. There were a few minor issues with the van and both Sean and Nicole took care of everything for me, even put in new battery more than one purchase. My vehicle was delivered to me in Red Bluff, which I really appreciated. I talked to other dealerships and they could not provide this service. One thing I would suggest is that when paperwork is sent really appreciated. I talked to other dealerships and they could not provide this service. One thing I would suggest is that when paperwork is sent with the vehicle to be signed, provide an extra copy for the client. I am a retired notary and did title signings for property, having that extra copy for your client is very important. I like that Nicole explained the different features to me as I originally thought I wanted the "Black" package, but the package I got is what I want. I am truly enjoying the vehicle.
