Chris' expertise & easy going manner were key I knew I wanted a Clarity but didn't think I could afford it. However, given that Chris was so very generous with his time, knowledge and general good will, he, with a bit of back up from the crew at Manly, worked to get me exactly the 2018 Clarity I'd set out to drive away in - THE 'green' car of the year. I'm over the moon with the car, yes, but the experience of buying it, usually a laborious pain in the ___ was actually a pleasure, all due to Chris' easy but very efficient manner. From the first meeting to the last, he was responsive and thorough, even calling in from home while sick. Thank you Chris, I'm sincerely grateful... To finish it all off, Sean in financing was exceptionally helpful and even offered a complimentary 'icing on the cake'; they both worked late into a Friday night, nearly past 10:00pm, to close the place with my paperwork completed. Justin tried to set me up with a similar car but unfortunately it just didn’t fulfill my needs. I told him this and let him know exactly what I was looking for and if they got a vehicle in that fell within that criteria to let me know. I honestly did not think that he would ever follow through but to my surprise he messaged me two days later with the exact car I was looking for. He was very open to questions and was honest with his knowledge of the vehicles we looked at. I was very thankful because most salesman that I’ve worked with just seem shady and fake but Justin truly seemed genuine. Once I decided that the car was for me we went over to the financial department where once again I was amazed by Sean Lumibao and his expertise on different warranty options I had available to me and how well he worked with me to find a good financing option that not only fell within the payment range I was comfortable with but he also talked about the best way to pay it off to help my credit for the future since I’m looking at purchasing a home. They were both very helpful and have even continued to help me with my vehicle after the purchase when I had a question about services and products. I highly recommend anyone looking at Honda to visit these two gentlemen, you will definitely be happy you did!! More

Jesse and I bonded immediately and he took care of my trade-in and getting my new car pre I was greeted and referred to Jesse Bower when I walked in. He knew what I wanted and didn't try to change my mind or upsell me. Sean took care of the registration and accounting paperwork as well as the other paperwork. The paperwork was ready when I entered the office and I was out of there in no time. He was extremely gracious and helpful. Everything went through with no problems and I had my car within two and a half hours. The last time I bought a Honda in Orange County, CA, it took six hours. All in all, my experience at Manly Honda was outstanding. More
