Sales person good, finance manager sucked Did a test drive and went home without any pressure. Wife and I talked it over and called sales person with an offer that he countered. We excepted over the phone and made arrangements the next morning. He was ready on our arrival and paperwork went fast. We only had to to financing. We had already decided to go through our credit union and knew we would be approved with our issue. Sales person took us to finish paperwork with finance. Expected it to be fast but it was not. We were one of two couples total buying a car at that moment. Finance kept trying to sell us other things even after we kept saying no. I finally had to get made and frustrated to told them it was time to get this done. I was about to leave I was so mad. It was over 3.5 hours just got finance. They lost my future business. I knew I should have just bought through credit union and not the dealer and I learned my lesson. Again thank you salesperson Vince, but finance department lost my future business More

We Love Manly Honda! My experience started with having my 2003 Honda Accord towed in for service. Mike in the service department met me at the door and assured me that eve My experience started with having my 2003 Honda Accord towed in for service. Mike in the service department met me at the door and assured me that everything would be taken care of. He had even arranged for me to have a loaner car! My Honda had over 268,000 miles on it, and I was pretty certain that it's days had come to an end. Mike kept in constant contact with my husband about what repairs would be needed to get my car running again, and with the high miles that were on my car my husband and I decided that it would be more beneficial to us to start the process of purchasing a new car instead of repairing the old one. Mike referred us to Sean in sales. I called Sean and scheduled an appointment that same day. I have to admit that I was a little nervous about the whole process. In my 33 years of marriage I have never met with a salesman by myself to purchase a car. Sean was fantastic! He spent quite some time with me going over all my options (new vs. used). I let him know what my payment per month range was and he stuck with it. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. By the time our meeting was over, I had decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase (2017 Honda Accord), and when my husband and I came back to the dealership on Saturday everything was ready for our signature and the car was sitting right in front of the showroom. Sean made my experience purchasing a new car so easy. We will continue to use Manly for all our auto needs. I have even referred somebody since my purchase last weekend!
