8th Car with Manly Honda this will be the 8th automobile we've taken home from Manly Honda, between my husband and I, in the last 10 years. Sean, the upgrade manager, is our s this will be the 8th automobile we've taken home from Manly Honda, between my husband and I, in the last 10 years. Sean, the upgrade manager, is our sales rep now, we've used him twice, and Aaron this time as well, and both were super fantastic! Our only issue, was with the service department, they broke our front windshield upon detailing the car, and we had to wait a whole week to get it back. It was a little disheartening to sign all the paperwork on a new car, and leave with a lesser-than rental. Sean was diligently following our car for us, but the service department could never commit to a "fix" day, as well as were slacking on getting the Zurich add-on applied timely. Sean saved the day on this transaction, and we'd come back just to keep doing business with him! More

Customer Service Stops When You Drive Off the Lot I purchased a new Honda Fit recently. I did not take a lot of time to make the purchase--1 test drive, 10 minute conversation with one salesman, 2 tex I purchased a new Honda Fit recently. I did not take a lot of time to make the purchase--1 test drive, 10 minute conversation with one salesman, 2 text messages confirming price and a 40-minute visit with a 2nd salesman to sign the papers. As soon as I drove off the lot, customer service stopped. I ordered a cargo cover and when I got a call from Parts that it had arrived, I texted salesman #1. I was told I could pick it up that Saturday. I asked if I needed an appointment but no response. I sent e-mail to salesman #2 and asked if I needed appointment. This was a reply to standard e-mail he sent thanking me for my visit and asking me to contact him at any time. No response. When I arrived on Saturday, I found out the Parts department was closed. Turns out, salesman #1 could have asked Parts for my cargo cover and given it to me when I came in on Saturday but it didn't happen. Fortunately, when I returned the next Saturday, I only had to wait 10 minutes to get the Cargo Cover and it was installed for me when I asked to have it done. More

It took 12 years to return to purchase the family's 2nd Honda when my teenage son purchased a preowned Civic. It was only natural when I was once again looking for a new car that is return. Couldn't be happier with my new Civic. The sales team is super helpful, honest and easy to work with. Additionally, the service staff is also great! I never feel like they are trying to "up" sell me. car dealerships have a horrible reputation for these tactics. I'll be back! More

Impeccable Service! I am beyond pleased with my service and service with everyone at Honda. Santiago was the most patient, informational, and thorough associate I had dealt with the day I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. Sean was happy to show me my rental for the day and helped me figure all of the fancy buttons I was not used to but again, he showed great patience and excitement. Susan and Mandi were extremely helpful and so friendly by giving a warm welcome while checking in my car as well!!
