Phenomenal customer service I used the Mazda app to make the service appointment, It went flawlessly! The service tech at the check-in counter was very sharp on certainly on hi I used the Mazda app to make the service appointment, It went flawlessly! The service tech at the check-in counter was very sharp on certainly on his ‘A’ game. Unfortunately, I didn’t take note of his name...next time! The wait time for the service was actually quicker than projected! Side note...very comfortable waiting area! More

First time lease I received a phone call about trading in my 2014 CX5. I went in to learn more and was very interested. All the staff were helpful and thorough with ex I received a phone call about trading in my 2014 CX5. I went in to learn more and was very interested. All the staff were helpful and thorough with explaining what leading was vs. buying and I am so pleased with the way it all went. I will say the only negative is that it took quite a bit of time, and there were a few instances of miscommunication. But overall very wonderful experience! More

Comfortable place to buy a car I was welcomed on a rainy day to go over the possible versions of the CX-5 SUV in which I was interested. Sean clearly described the features of each I was welcomed on a rainy day to go over the possible versions of the CX-5 SUV in which I was interested. Sean clearly described the features of each and suggested a trial drive in the Touring model. I was concerned about the rain and driving but when rain let up, he insisted and a test drive, along with his thorough explanation of features as we drove, convinced me to consider Mazda among the Honda and Nissan similar models. What finally convinced me to choose Mazda was the good range of lease options offered depending on down payment and the commitment to locate the car in SD having the combination of exterior color and interior color and decor I wanted. So far, the staff of Luther Mazda have made me quite comfortable in dealings. More

Rushed, hurries, evasive. I purchased a car "as is". Purchased it out of state. It's been three weeks and I'm still trying to pass the smog test. Many car parts need changin I purchased a car "as is". Purchased it out of state. It's been three weeks and I'm still trying to pass the smog test. Many car parts need changing. I understand that I bought the car "as-is" and there is no warranty. But when I called the dealer to ask for some mechanical background on the vehicle,, since they had serviced the car , I was told that they couldn't help me. I realize what an "as is" purchase means, but I'm being squeezed, because the car will not pass my state emission test, and Luther Mazda won't help me by looking up records as to what services he car had done to it., That's all I needed to know. More

Great for the sale For the duration of the purchase of my new car the salesmen were great. They worked to get me my car and made sure I was kept informed. However I have tried contacting both my salesman and the dealership a handful of times since then to get some add on prices for protective services and the like. I have yet to get a sing reply. They apparently don't care to make any more money after selling you a car because they simply refuse to respond to my emails. More
