They sold me a lemon! Be careful!! The salesman I worked with told me with confidence that it was a good car that I was going to buy. I was told the car had been thoroughly checked out by their mechanics. I left the lot and learned the air bags didn't work!! The faulty air bags had even been documented by another dealer. The salesman neglected to tell me the car was As Is while I was looking at it. It was only when I was paying and at the close of the sale did a manger, who was good, inform me of this. Be careful!! More

So disappointed sales dept sucks I would not ever buy a car here again! They llost my title for my trade in called me accused me not dropping off my title. Then begged me to come last day of the month to sign off a new form so they could close out month.. Prommised they would take care of me get some sweatshirts and stuff for my inconvenience.. yep 2 months later nothing.. . then to top it off the sales guy lied to my face when I came in for a service... He forgot to take out the special feature on the break lights when I bought the car but instead came up with a stupid lie about the detailer ripped off my paneling and screwed up my break lights as they pulled out wiring in front of me. Shady as xxxx! More

Never have to worry about maintenance and be able to get into a new vehicle every 3 years. Yaw can never beat that with a stick. That southern talk by the way. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and the entire staff at Luther Mazda made my experience there exceptional! I had a small child in-tow for the duration of my time there, and the staff there were very understanding and family-friendly, making the whole ordeal as pleasant and easy as possible. Once we arrived at Brookdale Mazda/Mitsubishi we were greeted by Sean and he was amazing. He listened to us and our needs and we were able to find our 2010 Buick Enclave and we took it for a test drive right away. My wife and I both fell in love with it and knew we wanted that vehicle.
