Kevin: Were sorry that the warranty would not cover the foreign contaminants that were found in your fuel again. Toyota warranty only covers defects in workmanship and material. Just like every other manufacturer. Manufacturers can only “warranty” what they have control over. Production and material quality. They cannot warranty against damage, environmental effects, or accidents. this is why we all carry insurance. Unfortunately, vandalism is not a warrantable defect.
