What set Sean apart was his patience with us. It took us almost 2 weeks to figure out the financing and he held our baby off the list for most of that time for a modest deposit. But when I say he went the extra mile I mean he actually picked us up several towns west of Fitchburg one day and then again the next and drove us to the dealership. Who does that? (Sean). More

He told me where to.park was very kind and helpful and got a sales consultant out to help me with whatever I needed. Sean was the sales consultant who came out, greeted me and was very professional and helpful. We went over several options and realized buying a.new truck was not in my price range. On the weekend I emailed Sean about leaving a truck and he helped find me a great truck. We worked out a price range that was doable for me and I've never been happier in my new truck. Sean was professional, courteous and not pushy which made me want to come back and deal with him. Overall great experience and I'll be recommending Sean from Colonial West of Fitchburg for everyone who asks about my new truck! Thanks again. More

You CAN Always Go Back Home!! My 1998 Chevy Malibu LS was on it's last legs and I knew I had to get another vehicle quickly. I went to a few other dealerships but they did not off My 1998 Chevy Malibu LS was on it's last legs and I knew I had to get another vehicle quickly. I went to a few other dealerships but they did not offer much of a selection and I had a make and model in mind. I said, I'll go back to Colonial West where I got my Malibu that has served me well for 17 years. While we were looking at the many Chevy Equinox vehicles on the lot, this nice young man approached us and asked if he might be of assistance... his name is Sean Salem and he was professional, helpful and knowledgeable as well as ambitious. Once I made a selection that same day, he helped me through the process every step of the way. Once it came time to do the papwerwork ansd financials, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the young salesman who sold me my Malibu was now the Service Manager of the dealership Geno Neagle. It was great to see him again and to have him be a part of my second purchase as well. I cannot say enough good things about Sean, Geno and the rest of the team at Colonial West. It is really true that You Can Always Go Back Home...I'm glad I did because I found just what I was looking for and I am grateful.
