Service Dept was very good, they both went the extra mile with me, especially, to answer questions about the software interface. The car didn’t get washed somehow:( which I had looked forward to. I have ongoing issues with this dealership however in regards to how the leasing/financial process was handled. The paper signing with finance seemed not as well-informed as it should be and the credit checks not as clear or transparent. We were leasing the car for me and I asked several times that that be made clear in the payments, notifications, ongoing communication. It has never been corrected - my husband continues to receive all communication and service had the VIN# under my husband’s name. Frustrating, feels like the 90’s. The Sales person who assisted us and took us on test drive was very good, well informed and prepared. More

I have purchased 4 new Mercedes Benz vehicles. 3 of them were from MB-Wilsonville. I had exceptional service from their Service Department. This is the first car I have purchased from MB-Portland 3 of them were from MB-Wilsonville. I had exceptional service from their Service Department. This is the first car I have purchased from MB-Portland and I am extremely disappointed in their service. Our service manager did not return multiple text messages (when he specifically stated that he was available via text) regarding the status of our vehicle. This is the second service experience with MB-Portland and my experience was the same both times. Unreturned texts and phone calls. Lack of communication when my car was kept over thanksgiving weekend! I had to call the following Monday afternoon to even find out what the ETA was. Abysmal service at this dealership and I will NEVER purchase another car from them. More

My car was dropped off at 11am. After shuttling me to the dealership and having me wait an hour and a half, at 5:30pm they finally looked at my car, decided the initial repairs were After shuttling me to the dealership and having me wait an hour and a half, at 5:30pm they finally looked at my car, decided the initial repairs were not good enough, and sent me home in a rental. The next day, magically, the car is actually fine, and they can do the alignment. I would have appreciated more transparency. Why was the car suddenly okay? The also did all four tires for the alignment, even though the repair shop and my insurance had said it just needed the front two aligned. This meant we had to put in a supplemental claim to my insurance. More
