Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced. Whether water can be added depends on the Rain-X product being used. Rain-X Windshield Washer Fluid Additive (Pro Concentrate) is designed to be mixed with water in the washer reservoir. Rain-X Original Glass Water Repellent and Rain-X Pro Ceramic Water Repellent should not be added to the washer bottle. These products must be applied directly to a clean windshield. Per your request, we have added a note to your customer file indicating that water should not be added to your washer bottle during future service visits.
