I had the very best experience that I have ever had with any service department in any industry. Sean Rodriguez was the very reason for this too. He went above and beyond the call of duty, and called me almost everyday to let me know what was going on with my car and all of the findings. He also filled me in on what was next, etc… Sean is a standout and textbook service consultant, that every other employee should be basing their abilities off of. I cannot say enough nice things about him. I’m very type A when I comes to things like this, and having someone in your corner who is also this way, helps relieve anxiety of what’s going on with my vehicle.
