I was expecting a headache with the purchase process but Niello made it extremely simple. The process in the dealership was smooth - Sean was OUTSTANDING and made a long, stressful day so much better. I worked with RJ to get the quote sorted before coming to the dealership. Overall, the experience was as expected but I never feel good about having sales try to slip in another unnecessary cost. RJ was agreeable about backing down when I insisted that certain additions that he kept trying to add in (ex: the GPS tracker, powder coated hubcaps) be excluded. I never actually met Justin - he was busy and was originally going to step in on RJ's day off. But Sean picked up the slack and was the hero of the experience. More

Volvo didn’t have enough storage so brought it back under 7day/700mile. Salesman hard pushed a Toyota with 60k miles on me! Yuck. Later found out that his comment that “no luxury car” has wireless CarPlay was 100% incorrect. Volvo requires a cord that gets in the way of the phone charger. Terrible design. End up getting a BMW from the Niello Porsche dealership. Volvo’s dealership itself is quite nice. Difficult to get into and park as they are next to Ford. Again, salesman was great until I wasn’t satisfied. More
