As usual, the service was professional, the coffee was good, and the waiting time was reasonable! My only suggestion: Instead of having customers sign two or three copies after the service is complete, yo good, and the waiting time was reasonable! My only suggestion: Instead of having customers sign two or three copies after the service is complete, you might want to move to a paperless system where a single digital signature is sufficient, and customers get a copy by e-mail. Told a part was ordered. 3 weeks later told it never happened. Text to service never answered.
