Sean T has been taking care of my VW Golf needs for many years. He is always helpful, knowledgeable and has excellent follow up with his customers. I really appreciate you telling me that the windshield wiper thing is real. I was upset with my Gainesville dealer because acted as if they knew nothing about it. Wipers going off sometimes 100 times a da wiper thing is real. I was upset with my Gainesville dealer because acted as if they knew nothing about it. Wipers going off sometimes 100 times a day is just not normal, esp if they also don’t go off on same day right before and/after the 100 times. Hard to say it is a weather event. But thanks for being straight up and telling me VW is doing research as they recognize this as an issue. More

As usual, the service was professional, the coffee was good, and the waiting time was reasonable! My only suggestion: Instead of having customers sign two or three copies after the service is complete, yo good, and the waiting time was reasonable! My only suggestion: Instead of having customers sign two or three copies after the service is complete, you might want to move to a paperless system where a single digital signature is sufficient, and customers get a copy by e-mail.
