Sean the service consultant is excellent. Phil the diesel mechanic is exceptional. Other than that I don’t know anything about the overall dealers qualities. These two men should be considered valued employees. Corporate Volkswagen doesn’t cares about the American product that I own, 2014 VW Passat TDI. The Passat TDI obviously has a systemic well known problem of plugging heater cores and cooling system. I have had my car in for service many times with the same problem and it will not stop through out the rest of the life of the car. VW will not take responsibility this problem. I will be selling this car asap and never be back. More
