They didnt perform all on the recommended service. I have a defective moonroof but they didnt even open it to check or recommend a fix. I have a detached splash guard that they didnt even notice. Receipt says attached checklist but nothing is attached. Not worth the price and the annoying sales pitch. I called management and did not even get a reply. Amazing service? More

Disappointing that the cost of diagnosis was as much as the repair. It would have made more sense to just replace the parts without diagnosis for $700 rather than pay $1400 for an oil change, diagnosis and the repair. Then, parts were in but no one calls to schedule an appointment. Had to call myself. George reached out to ask about the initial service experience and explained my disappointment due to above. He said he would talk to management and advise if an adjustment could be made. Never heard back from him. Bought to many cars from Dirito to be treated like that. More
