Pro: Sean (in the service department) is a good guy to work with and is able to answer the questions that I have. He is someone that I want to go back to each time that my car needs to go in for any type work with and is able to answer the questions that I have. Con: With other cars that I have owned (not VWs) the dealership always detailed the outside of the car for pick up. That is something that would be a nice touch for those that have had their car gone all day (or sometimes multiple days) as a perk when picking up. More

Aside from the fact that there aren’t any loaners EVER lol, which seems to be beyond their control.
