My driver’s side sideview mirror was broken. It wasn’t safe to drive! I was in a jam. Kevin & Sean & the service team at Dirito Brothers came through immediately. My sideview mirror was repaired It wasn’t safe to drive! I was in a jam. Kevin & Sean & the service team at Dirito Brothers came through immediately. My sideview mirror was repaired the next day. Pro: Sean (in the service department) is a good guy to work with and is able to answer the questions that I have. He is someone that I want to go back to each time that my car needs to go in for any type work with and is able to answer the questions that I have. He is someone that I want to go back to each time that my car needs to go in for any type of service. Con: With other cars that I have owned (not VWs) the dealership always detailed the outside of the car for pick up. That is something that would be a nice touch for those that have had their car gone all day (or sometimes multiple days) as a perk when picking up. More

Aside from the fact that there aren’t any loaners EVER lol, which seems to be beyond their control. The dealership and (Sean) always provide me with excellent customer service and they are very accommodat lol, which seems to be beyond their control. I stay in Vallejo but I choose to cross the bridge and travel to VW Walnut Creek, because I know I will get taken care of properly!!! More
