My first ever experience at a dealership and it was very pleasant. I had to wait for few minutes to go though the paper work (first time only) then they ordered a Lyft for me. Overall it was great. I dropped the car off at 9:15 am. The only problem was that it was supposed to be a 4 hour repair but the car was not ready until 5 pm.
