Dorito Brothers is probably the best Volkswagen dealer in the Bay Area. Especially their service department. The service rep. Sean was communicative and followed through very helpful. The truth is your 2020 crossword has too many recalls. Your quality control in Tennessee sucks but you probably know this it’s just that you haven’t addressed it with a letter to people that have bought the car. The car is still on our list. We love it but the stories I read from other peoples posts they’re nightmare problems which worry me I .think you should address this in a letter to customers it would make for a good PR Dorito brothers is great.
