Hi Kyle. I don’t think there’s much you could do to help my situation. I’ve been waiting about 3 months for computer module parts for one set of electrical problems with the car, now I’ll be waiting weeks for parts to fix my driver seat that I can’t adjust, and I’m waiting for a rear camera to be available to have that replaced. I’ve never had this many problems with a brand new car and this experience guarantees that owning a VW vehicle again will never be an option.

Had to tow a 2020 Jetta down to Diritio Brothers to have the rear blind spot sensor calibrated, had the pleasure to work with Service Writer Sean Thomas. repairs were done fast and I was updated on the repairs status daily. Great Service !!!
