We were looking for a '13 RDX AWD with the Tech Package. Through internet research, we met Sean, scheduled a test drive and were thoroughly impressed with the RDX and the low pressure approach from Sean. We wanted to think it over for a day or two and by the time we had decided to pull the trigger, the RDX in the trim and color we wanted had been sold. Figures. So I asked Sean to keep a look out for exactly what we wanted. He called me a week later with the news that Courtesy's next shipment was due in a week and there was an exact match for what we were after. Sean took a deposit over the phone so I wouldn't have to drive in from Park County. Four day later, I got a call from Sean to let me know my RDX was in. We came in a few days later and the RDX was prepped and ready to go. We then met Zsaree Dunbar in the Business Office to finish the paperwork. She was friendly, and again, no pressure to buy extended warranties and the like. We did buy the paint protection package, but it was of our own doing, not form pressure to "add it on". All in all, a smooth and painless experience. We will buy there again. More

Visited a few weeks ago for a fact finding mission. I was greeted by Sean and from that moment on I think I knew I was going to purchase a vehicle from Sean and Courtesy Acura. Long story short I have a new Acura MDX in my garage.....Sean did the job! I enjoyed my last sales professional because he respected my desire to get in, get it done, and get out. I always do my homework - I know what I want, I know what I'm willing to pay and he always made it happen. After many years of selling cars and putting-up with guys like me I am sure he's enjoying a well deserved rest but that just means Sean has to deal with me going forward. Sean respected my desire to get information via email - he was prompt......fast is a more apt description and that impressed me. One call to settle on a deal and as I was driving over there he was preparing the paperwork - filling in many of the fields I would normally have to........very nice. Everything he represented on the phone was accurate, Zsaree in the finance department was equally pleasant and efficient and I was out of there in a very short period of time. Great job guys - thank you! More

Additionally, I stopped in to the service department re: my 2005 MDX and I worked with Andy Fiedler. He was excellent and thorough in the process...as it turned out, I did not need a new battery and thus, he saved me about $150. I highly recommend this dealership after having a relationship here over 8+ years. More

Just bought a used 2009 TL with the excellent assistance from both Rick and Sean. From Sean to John to Dean, and other staff members I came into contact with, I was treated fairly and with respect. I never felt pressured by either the sales or finance staff, and had to appreciate their efforts to put together a deal that worked within my budget. I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to Courtesy Acura, or to return there myself to purchase another vehicle. Oh, and one last thing…the RDX is an awesome car!! More

CONTACTED SEAN VIA THE INTERNET FROM 1200 MILES AWAY. I WAS GOING TO BE IN THE AREA IN A FEW WEEKS AND HE HAD EXACTLY THE VEHICLE I WAS LOOKING FOR. WE AGREED ON PRICE, I SENT A DEPOSIT AND THE CAR WAS HEL WAS GOING TO BE IN THE AREA IN A FEW WEEKS AND HE HAD EXACTLY THE VEHICLE I WAS LOOKING FOR. WE AGREED ON PRICE, I SENT A DEPOSIT AND THE CAR WAS HELD UNTIL I GOT THERE. THE CAR WAS READY TO GO AS PROMISED AND THE WHOLE TRANSACTION WAS HANDLED VERY PROFESSIONALLY.
