Stopped by on Fri, 6/22/2012 to look at some certified pre-owned MDX's. After walking around checking and narrowing my selection, I was casually greeted by Jamie from Sales. He did a great job answering m pre-owned MDX's. After walking around checking and narrowing my selection, I was casually greeted by Jamie from Sales. He did a great job answering my questions on the two selections and did what he could to make me welcome. After I took the MDX home for a couple hours I came back to work with both Sean and Jamie to close the deal. The price offered on the trade was very fair, negotiation on the sale price was also reasonable and before I knew it I was driving home in my new (certified-pre-owned) MDX - after I met with Dean, of course to complete the paperwork. I came back the next day to drop off another key to the trade-in and picked up some additional keys for the MDX. During the process I met Andy in Service, who just like the others, was personable, knowledgable and made me look forward to returning for the next maintenance check. Truly a great experience and hopefully the chemistry at this dealership continues to impress - Thanks! More

I purchased a Pre-owned 2009 Acura TL from Courtesy Acura on Monday, 3/5/2011. I have been looking for a TL for about a year. I found this one on Courtesy Acura's web site. I sent an inquiry on line on a Sun on Monday, 3/5/2011. I have been looking for a TL for about a year. I found this one on Courtesy Acura's web site. I sent an inquiry on line on a Sunday evening and got an automated response from Jeff Thornton the same evening. Jeff then called me the next day to see if I was still interested. He explained the features of the vehicle and we made arrangements for a test drive. The TL was exactly what I had been looking for. Over the years, I have purchased many vehicles from various other dealerships. Dealing with Jeff and Courtesy Acura was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jeff knew the product, told me the price of the car, asked me what I wanted for my trade in, submitted it to the dealership and it was agreed upon. There was no going back and forth with offers and counter offers. This truely gained my respect for Jeff the operations of Courtesy Acura. The time spent in the Finance office was also held to a minimum. Jeff, Sean and Dean should all be commended for conducting buisness as professionals. More

My wife was interested in an Infiniti EX35 and Acura RDX. Sean encouraged us to take the RDX to the Infiniti dealer to facilitate a side-by-side comparison. We were surprised that this was allowed, as other Sean encouraged us to take the RDX to the Infiniti dealer to facilitate a side-by-side comparison. We were surprised that this was allowed, as other dealers weren't so willing to let us take a vehicle without them. After the comparison, we went with the RDX.
