Service did not fix the problem. They simply pulled the broken piece out and said it was fixed. Also, when I asked about a fee on my bill, 2 people told me it was for a service I did They simply pulled the broken piece out and said it was fixed. Also, when I asked about a fee on my bill, 2 people told me it was for a service I didn’t even get! Finally a third advisor explained what the fee was for. Now I am waiting for a part to be ordered to try to fix the original problem again. More
