I pretty much knew what I wanted before going to dealership having done research on the internet. They did not have the exact thing in stock but went out and found one from another dealer and secu dealership having done research on the internet. Dealership worked with me on close as I needed to move some funds around from retirement accounts. No pressure, no hassle, no hidden costs. Only have had vehicle for a few days but love it. Everything I expected and more. This is my 4th Toyota purchase over last 24 years. This one should last me until the kids take my car keys away. More
