Knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant staff I went to the dealership with a list of features I wanted in my new car. In the past, sales reps have been too busy to pay attention to it, Dave Bail I went to the dealership with a list of features I wanted in my new car. In the past, sales reps have been too busy to pay attention to it, Dave Bailey ticked off nearly every item and arranged for service to install whatever wasn't on the car they had ready for me. Outstanding, compassionate service After months of research, I recently purchased a used Subaru from a non-Subaru dealer in another city. The independent inspection I obtained reference After months of research, I recently purchased a used Subaru from a non-Subaru dealer in another city. The independent inspection I obtained referenced an issue with an expensive part that I requested be repaired prior to completing the purchase. Both the sales associate and the sales manager there said that the vehicle was still under warranty and that I as a consumer would get better and quicker service if I took it in for repair rather than them. So I bought the car and took it in to Subaru of Jacksonville later that week. Lo and behold, the vehicle was out of warranty based on the number of years, not the mileage, which the selling dealership neglected to mention. I broke down right there in the showroom, both out of anger and embarrassment. Jennifer immediately took control of the situation, calmed me down, and worked to ensure that the vehicle would get repaired under warranty because, as she said, that is what Subaru does. Her care and compassion turned an awful situation into one of gratitude. Then, when I returned a week later to effect the repairs after the parts had been ordered, I found out that a bigger, related issue was uncovered. Josh did not even hesitate to initiate steps to get all the repairs completed at no cost to me, keeping me informed along the way and even going the extra step to have the car cleaned before handing back the keys. Together, these outstanding service advisers have created an advocate for Subarus in general and this dealership specifically, for life. The entire staff practices what they preach. So refreshing. More

We've been super happy with our decision to buy a Subaru Outback from Subaru of Jax. We were so pleased with the first Outback and the SOJAX team, two years later we bought a second Outback! The SOJAX team is unlike any other dealership's team we've worked with. We bought both of our Outback's from Jerry Johnson, an outstanding salesman. If only all our other sales experiences were like working with Jerry!! Russell Hyatt and his service team are top notch and go above and beyond every time we have questions or need service. Again, we wish all of our service experiences with other businesses were as good as the service Russell and his team provide. In short, if you want a good vehicle - buy a Subaru (from Jerry or any of the SOJAX team,) If you want a good dealership team to support you AFTER the sale, go to Subaru of Jacksonville. They do it right! More

Easy first Time! I needed a spare key for my 2010 Forester and called the dealer on Friday and they were able to order a key and have it cut for me for Monday pickup. I needed a spare key for my 2010 Forester and called the dealer on Friday and they were able to order a key and have it cut for me for Monday pickup. When I got there the key was ready and I left to go start the car with the new key. It fit the ignition but would not start the car. I went back inside and the parts guy told me I would need to have it programed for $35 at the service dept. I asked if I needed an appointment and he said no, just go see one of the guys at the service desk. That's where I met Steven, he got the code for my car and went out and programed it himself. He apologized for the inconvenience and thanked me for my visit to Subaru of Jacksonville and told me there would be no charge. I was out of there in 10 minutes, but more importantly I know where I will go when I need service for my Subaru. More

Joseph Rodriguez and Service helped us out of a tight spot We had our car serviced at the dealership in Hardeeville SC on September 22 before going to Florida for a family visit. On our way home from Florida, We had our car serviced at the dealership in Hardeeville SC on September 22 before going to Florida for a family visit. On our way home from Florida, on September 26, we noticed smoke coming from the car and the low engine oil light came on. We managed to get to a gas station in Woodbine, Ga and we saw oil pouring out from the bottom of the engine. We called road assistance and a tow to the dealership in Jacksonville. My husband had contacted the dealership while we were waiting for the tow to see if they could help us. He spoke to Joseph Rodriguez and Mr. Rodriguez said that they would help figure out the problem. We arrived to the subaru dealership about 20 minutes til they closed. The Service Crew and Mr. Rodriguez pushed the car into the bay and discovered that the drain plug for the oil pan was missing. They fixed the problem and we were able to get back on the road to get home to South Carolina. I wish I could express better how grateful my husband and I to Mr. Rodriguez and the service crew, they really went above and beyond to help us get home. Mr. Rodriguez was very kind and the Service Crew (I wish I had gotten all their names) was so helpful and kind to double check everything before they returned the car to us. Thank you Mr. Rodriguez!
