Leased a 2014 MKZ, great experience, I have purchased/leased many cars over the years. As a women sometimes the experience can be frustrating as not everyone takes you seriously (I walked out purchased/leased many cars over the years. I have purchased several vehicles from Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln over the last few years and believe they are the best group around. Starting with Serafin as a sales rep who works to get you exactly what you are looking for and then on to John Krajnovich as the sales and now general manager. They work to get you the best price with none of the silly back and forth that others do. They are both super and the consummate professionals. Additionally, in my opinion, one of their strong suits is you can trust them - they are old fashion "our word is our bond" guys - how cool is that today? I will continue to buy from Fair Oaks and have already bought six vehicles from them. Next is Bob, he is top flight and works with you to get the vehicle to you in pristine condition. If there is an issue he handles it. I had a remote start issue that no one could fix and in typical Bob fashion he said, "I got a guy." He did and took care of it. I enjoy dealing with him and trust him, not to mention some great vacation tips from him too. The service department is the best. The bottom line is, buy a Ford or Lincoln, and buy from Fair Oaks and you will never go anywhere else again. I certainly won't. Kim W More
